Introduction

The racket has a teardrop shape and a medium balance. The frame consists of 100% carbon fiber and the surface is made of 12K carbon fiber. It has an embossed structure to help generate spin.

HR3 Core is used in the core, a more dense version of the normal HR3 used in many Nox rackets. AVS helps to reduce vibrations. It comes with a frame protector included.

First impression

The Bahia is inspired by Miguel Lamperti’s place of birth in Argentina, Bahía. The combination of silver, steel blue, orange, and carbon fiber looks great.

Our test racket weighs 360 grams with one overgrip and the balance measured 255 mm. Will be slightly higher with the frame protector attached.

Nox ML10 Luxury Bahía in the defense

You can instantly tell this is a racket that is easy to maneauvre, it’s light and has a low to mid balance. The enforced frame together with the HR3 core makes the racket rather a little bit stiffer.

The maneauvreability helps in defense. It allowes us to quickly adapt and move into the right positions. It provides great control and the size of the sweet spot is good, making it relatively forgiving. Having less elasticity, the Bahia doesn’t generate as much speed as softer rackets in slower shots.

Nox ML10 Luxury Bahía in the attack

Moving up the court it continues to deliver good results. It’s responsive in volleys and bandejas. The harder core will help players hitting hard to generate speed in smashes. It’s lacking some weight and balance to be truly powerful, but it’s responsive and the experienced player will be rewarded.

Nox ML10 Luxury Bahía playability & comfort

Both playability and comfort are important factors when choosing a padel racket. Beginners and intermediate-level players generally benefit from a racket with good playability. A comfortable racket reduces the risk of injuries.

Playability: Good
Comfort: Fair

A very adaptable allround-racket. A great option for players looking for an adaptable racket offering both control and power. Suitable for medium and advanced level players.
